Orders are processed within 5-7 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods (e.g. markets, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

4. Shipping Fees

5. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
6. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
For lost parcels, we will assist you in contacting the courier service; however, once the parcel has been dispatched, delivery responsibility lies with the courier.
7. Perishable Food Disclaimer
As our products are food items, we take care to pack them securely.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services that may affect product freshness.
Please store products according to the storage instructions upon receiving them.
